High Performance, Cost-Efficient Replacement for Bellows Couplings
Ondrives.US’ Servo couplings are highly effective and cost-efficient replacements for bellows couplings. They provide the same performance and flexibility at roughly half the price.
EP couplings are true servo couplings, and are engineered for superior torsional rigidity (comparable to disc couplings), zero backlash coupling, high RPM performance, and long working life. Rated for speeds up to 10,000 RPMs, they can operate at up to 7° angular compensation and with up to 300 in-lbs. of torque.
Manufactured with 420 stainless steel flexible beams and 416 stainless steel hubs (LCS models) or aluminum hubs (LCG models).
